Safe anesthesia
We use safe anesthesia in our practice.

Safe anesthesia
We have chosen to use safer anesthesia. We are concerned about the growing number of reports of side effects from the use of anesthesia. The anesthesia we use is body-friendly and does not contain articaine.
Frequently asked questions about safe anesthesia
Why do you use safe anesthesia?
Dental practice Gina is a biologically oriented dental practice. This means that we take into account the impact that certain materials and techniques have on your overall health. Many of these materials and techniques have a proven negative impact. Instead, we use body-friendly materials and techniques as much as possible.
In what respect is anesthesia by a biological dentist safer?
Anesthetics are used to temporarily numb a specific area of the mouth, which reduces or eliminates pain during treatments. The use of anesthetics can have negative side effects. For this reason, we have chosen to use safer anesthetics without articaine. These anesthetics are less toxic and also leave your system faster. This is better for your health.
Why use anesthesia?
During your periodic visit to the dentist, the dentist may discover a problem. In some cases, dental treatment is necessary to solve the problem. Depending on the complexity of the treatment, you can choose to undergo the treatment under anesthesia. The anesthesia is administered locally in the area of the mouth where the treatment will take place, causing numbness in this area and you will hardly notice the treatment. Many people experience this as positive and therefore feel more at ease in the dentist's chair. Within our biologically oriented dental practice, we only use safe anesthesia.
