Complaints procedure

Your opinion counts

We would like to hear how you experienced your visit to our practice. Your feedback is very valuable: it allows us to improve our care and service. Would you like to pass on your suggestions or compliments to us? Please let us know. Thank you in advance!

Complaint?

Despite the efforts of our employees, it may happen that you are not satisfied with the treatment in our practice. You can then file a written complaint with us. After we have received the complaint, we will investigate it further. You will receive a written response within 1 week of receipt of your complaint.
If you need a third, neutral party, you can file your complaint with the KNMT, the professional association to which this practice is affiliated. An independent complaints officer will then mediate between you and your dentist free of charge. With the aim of finding a solution.

Dispute?

If you are unable to resolve the matter despite the help of the complaints officer, you can appeal to the Oral Care Disputes Committee for €75. Your complaint will then be assessed by a committee of five experts. The disputes committee will give a binding judgment on whether your complaint is justified and, if the complaint is justified, may award damages of up to twenty-five thousand euros.
