Cancel appointment

It may happen that you are prevented from attending, which means you cannot keep an appointment. Please contact us by phone as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours in advance: 020-6102883. You can then immediately schedule a new appointment. If we are not available by telephone, please leave a message on our voicemail and we will call you back.

Outside office hours you can inform us of your absence by leaving a message on our voicemail or via info@tandartspraktijkgina.nl.

By reporting your absence in good time, you prevent the treatment team from waiting in vain for you. You also enable us to help someone else in your place.

Your appointment was not cancelled (on time), what now?

Not cancelling in time or not showing up for the appointment

You can change or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without incurring any costs. Example: If your appointment is on a Monday at 2:00 PM, you must cancel this appointment by phone, by leaving a message on our voicemail or by sending an e-mail to info@tandartspraktijkgina.nl to cancel.

If you have become acutely ill or if there is another unexpected calamity that prevents you from coming to your appointment, please call our practice between 09:00 and 09:30 to report this. This way we can still try to help someone else in the time reserved for you. If you call after 09:30 we will be forced to charge you for the reserved time.

We apply the following rates for a missed or late cancelled appointment. This arrangement is in principle applied regardless of the reason for cancellation. Only in very exceptional circumstances will we deviate from this.

The 1st time an amount of 30 EUR will be charged, the 2nd time 50% (of the reserved time), the 3rd time 100%.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A TREATMENT OF LONGER THAN 60 MINUTES, THIS APPOINTMENT MUST BE CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE OR LATE CANCELLATION, WE WILL CHARGE 100% OF THE RESERVED TIME.

If you have not cancelled your appointments on time more than 3 times or have not come at all, you can no longer make an appointment. You will then be deregistered from us.

Of course, we hope that this unpleasant situation will occur as little as possible and we would therefore like to ask you to put the appointments in your agenda properly. As a service, we will also send you a reminder two days in advance. This service does not release you from your own responsibility to keep the appointment.
